Police say 4 dead after drive-by shooting in Alabama

Birmingham, Ala. (AP) – Four people are dead after a shooting in a car alabama neighborhood, officials said.

Dozens of shots were fired outside a home in Birmingham on Friday afternoon. Police Said.

Police said a group was standing outside a house and people were washing their cars when someone walked by and opened fire. Rescue workers declared three people dead at the scene. The fourth person was taken to a nearby hospital, where he was also declared dead.

Investigators believe at least one of the victims was targeted. No arrests were immediately reported.
