“What we’re seeing right now is a very shocking crime scene,” the chief said.

“Right now detectives are looking at it as a possible homicide but we don’t know for sure,” he said. Because of the complexity, the complex crime scene, we can’t say for sure what we have.

The bodies were found Tuesday afternoon when someone spotted the car in the parking lot of an apartment complex in San Antonio and notified the family. KENS-TV reported. After this the relatives called the police.

Her family told the station that Soto was a week away from delivery and was scheduled to go into labor at a hospital last Saturday night.

Leon Valley police issued an alert for Soto on Monday and later said her boyfriend was also missing. Soto’s family searched the area near his apartment on Christmas night.

“Savannah was very happy because she was going to be a mother. It breaks my heart,” his mother told KENS-TV.
