WASHINGTON (Reuters) – The Biden administration is considering whether to proceed with a massive $18 billion package of arms transfers to Israel that would include dozens of F-15 aircraft and munitions, people familiar with the matter said. Three sources said on Monday.

One of the sources said the sale of 25 F-15s from Boeing to Israel is being reviewed by the United States after receiving a formal request in January 2023.
